Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care.
Guides and directs ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.
Must have a nursing degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Requires 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
