Job Description
The Clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment by providing patient-centered care, including administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses and responds to patient needs using sound nursing judgment.
Delivers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and implement care plans.
Guides and supervises ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.
Requires a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ensures compliance with policies and regulations to protect sensitive information.
