Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment in primary and emergency care.
Collaborates with the team to develop and execute care plans, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, valid RN license, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Must hold BLS and ACLS certifications, with strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills.
The role may involve handling sensitive information according to privacy regulations, ensuring proper access and protection.
