Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates with the team to develop care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, and current RN license.
Must hold BLS and ACLS certifications, with 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Must demonstrate excellent communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of quality improvement principles.
