The Clinical Nurse in the Vascular Surgery department provides comprehensive patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on discharge planning and care transitions.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, and collaborating on care plans.
The role involves direct primary and emergency care for patients with complex vascular conditions, such as amputations and wounds, with ongoing training in wound care, telemetry, and other skills provided.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and previous nursing experience preferred.
The position offers a salary range of $76,396.32 to $126,730.61, with an hourly rate of $36.73 to $60.93, and operates during daytime shifts.
