Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit assesses, plans, and manages patient care to promote safe, compassionate treatment and smooth transitions during hospitalization.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, valid RN license, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience, including at least 1 year in Telemetry or ICU.
Must follow confidentiality policies, ensuring sensitive information is protected and used appropriately.
