Salary ranges from $76,396.32 to $126,730.61, with hourly rates between $36.73 and $60.93.
The nurse assesses, plans, coordinates, and manages patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transition stages.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating compassionate, competent care by the caregiving team across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Ensures adherence to privacy regulations like HIPAA, with access limited to necessary information to perform duties.
This role requires maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information per policies and standards.
