Li> The RN in the Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit works night shifts, assessing, planning, and managing patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and care transitions.
Responsible for coordinating and delivering compassionate, competent care by the caregiving team to inpatients, outpatients, and community patients.
Ensures consistent, high-quality care for patients and collaboration with referring facilities and hospital staff.
Handles sensitive information following HIPAA and state regulations, with access limited to authorized duties.
Salary ranges from $76,396.32 to $126,730.61 annually, with hourly rates from $36.73 to $60.93.
