The Clinical Nurse in the Secure Unit (C3W) works day shifts, earning $76,396.32 to $126,730.61 annually ($36.73 to $60.93 hourly).
Provides compassionate patient care through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments and tests, documenting as required.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
