Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Secure Unit (C3W) works day shifts to provide compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and documenting care according to policies and regulations.
They order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assess and respond to patient needs, applying sound nursing judgment for care management.
Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborate with the nursing team to create and follow patient Care Plans.
Guide ancillary personnel and maintain professional nursing standards.
Salary ranges from $76,396.32 to $126,730.61, with hourly rates from $36.73 to $60.93. This role may involve handling sensitive information; access is restricted to what’s necessary for duties to ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
