The Clinical Nurse in the Secure Unit (C3W) provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.
Administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment in care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, including OTC and prescription medications.
Collaborates with the team to develop a Plan of Care and guides ancillary staff.
Supports a professional and standards-driven nursing environment.
The role emphasizes confidentiality, requiring access to sensitive information based on a âneed to knowâ basis, with protections against unauthorized access.
