The Registered Professional Nurse in the Secure Unit – C3W works night shifts, assessing, planning, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their stay with a focus on discharge and transitions.
Responsibilities include ensuring compassionate, competent care for patients, referring facilities, and staff across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent and eligible for proficiency or expert status.
Salary ranges from $76,396.32 to $126,730.61, with hourly rates between $36.73 and $60.93.
