Li> The Registered Professional Nurse assesses, plans, directs, and manages patient care throughout the episode of care, focusing on progress toward discharge and care transitions.
Responsible for coordinating and delivering compassionate, competent care to patients in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Ensures the caregiving team provides consistent, quality care, including communication with referring facilities and hospital staff.
Works during night shifts with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61 (hourly $36.73 – $60.93).
Must adhere to confidentiality policies, including protection of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
