This position is for a Registered Professional Nurse in the Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit, working the night shift in the USA, with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61 and hourly wages from $36.73 to $60.93.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on discharge and transition phases.
Ensures consistent, compassionate care for patients, staff, and referring facilities across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participation in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) allows nurses to progress from novice to competent, with opportunities to advance to proficient or expert levels.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely, adhering to privacy laws such as HIPAA, and practicing confidentiality based on a “need to know” basis.
Must ensure proper access control and information protection in line with policies and standards.
