This RN position in the Colorectal Surgery & Urology unit involves caring for surgical and medical patients in a 22-bed med-surg unit, including abdominal and urologic cases. Work is during night shifts with a salary range of $76,396.32 to $126,730.61. Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, assessing patient needs, interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating on care plans. New graduates are welcome. Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC. The role emphasizes compassionate, competent patient care, professional judgment, and adherence to privacy standards.
