Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient, family, and team support through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care per policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and implement patient Care Plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Excellent communication, organization, and quality improvement knowledge are required.
