Job Description
Seeking a Clinical Nurse III for the Elective Orthopedics B3W unit, a 24-bed post-surgical care unit specializing in elective orthopedic and total joint surgeries.
Provides compassionate patient care, including implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs, makes sound nursing judgments, and offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and execute individualized care plans, guides ancillary staff, and maintains professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.
The role involves access to sensitive information, requiring compliance with privacy and security policies.
