Job Description
Seeking a Clinical Nurse III for the Elective Orthopedics unit (B3W), a 24-bed post-surgical unit specializing in elective orthopedic and Total Joint surgeries, caring for post-surgical, trauma, and general medical patients.
Provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting accurately.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment for care management.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates on care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Requires RN licensure, 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.
