Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care, implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Assesses and evaluates patient conditions through diagnostics and direct care.
Provides primary and emergency treatment for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow plans of care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role includes night shifts with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61.
