Job Description
The clinical nurse provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to create and follow a patient care plan.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, 1-3 years of clinical RN experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
