Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for both primary and emergency care.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow individualized care plans, guiding ancillary staff as needed.
Requires a diploma, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing, a valid NYS RN license, and certification in BLS and ACLS.
Has 1-3 years of RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills.
The role involves ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations while delivering high-quality nursing care.
