Job Description

The Clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate patient care environment through kindness and active listening.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.

  • Evaluates diagnostic tests and assesses patient needs and responses to care.

  • Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.

  • Collaborates with the team to develop patient Care Plans and guides ancillary staff.

  • Minimum qualifications include graduation from an approved nursing program, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care. Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills are essential. Salary ranges from $36.73 to $60.93 per hour. This role may involve handling sensitive information, requiring compliance with privacy regulations. The employer is an equal opportunity employer.
