Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, using sound judgment to manage patient conditions.
Offers primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop and execute care plans, directing ancillary staff as needed.
Requires a diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree in nursing, with a valid RN license.
Must hold BLS and ACLS certifications, with 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills.
This role involves handling sensitive patient information with confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
