Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Department provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and evaluating patient needs.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborates with the team to develop care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
This role involves maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations. The salary range is $76,396.32 – $126,730.61, with an hourly rate of $36.73 – $60.93, and the shift is night.
