Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Department provides comprehensive patient care across the care continuum, focusing on safe, compassionate, and efficient service.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and evaluating patient needs.
Collaborates with the care team to develop and execute individualized care plans, directs ancillary staff, and maintains professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC.
Minimum 1-3 years of ED experience, preferably in a Level 1 Trauma Center.

The ED is a Level I Trauma Center with 45 rooms, divided into zones for trauma, resuscitation, pediatrics, and rapid care, with specialized facilities like radiology and decontamination.
