Assesses patient needs, interprets diagnostic tests, and applies sound nursing judgment for care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely in compliance with privacy regulations.
