Job Description
The Emergency Department Night shift RN provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assess and respond to patient needs, applying sound nursing judgment in care management.
Collaborate with the team to create and execute individualized care plans.
Supervise ancillary staff and uphold professional standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
The role involves maintaining patient safety, adhering to regulations, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
