Job Description
The Night Emergency Department Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in emergency and primary care settings.
Collaborates with the team to develop and execute individualized care plans, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, a valid RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Minimum of 1-3 years of RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication and organizational skills.
The role may involve handling sensitive information in accordance with privacy regulations.
