Job Description
The Night RN in Elective Orthopedics (B3W) cares for post-surgical, trauma, and medical-surgical patients in a 24-bed unit with private rooms.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, and providing both primary and emergency care.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow patient care plans, directs ancillary staff, and maintains professional standards.
Requirements include a valid NYS RN license, 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary ranges from $76,396 to $126,731, and the shift is Night.
