Job Description
This ICU nurse role in the Surgical and Neuroscience ICU involves caring for critically ill adult patients with conditions like traumatic brain injury, stroke, sepsis, and multi-organ failure.
Provides specialized care including ICP monitoring, ventilator management, and invasive procedures such as arterial lines and ICP monitors.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, evaluating diagnostic tests, and developing patient care plans.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Work shift is night, with a salary range of $72,072 to $74,229.
Must adhere to patient privacy regulations and protect sensitive information.
