Job Description
This ICU RN role in the Surgical and Neuroscience unit involves caring for critically ill adult patients with conditions like traumatic brain injury, stroke, sepsis, and post-surgical complications.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing procedures such as arterial line placement, ICP monitoring, ventilator management, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Must evaluate patient needs, provide emergency and primary care, collaborate on care plans, and supervise ancillary staff.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.
The position offers a night shift with a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26 and an hourly rate of $34.65 – $35.69.
