Job Description
This ICU RN position in the Surgical and Neuroscience ICU (30 beds) involves caring for critically ill adults (14+) with neuro and surgical conditions, including trauma, stroke, sepsis, and post-surgical recovery.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, and providing emergency care.
Skills required include ICP monitoring, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and invasive procedures such as line placements and drains.
Must have a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
The role offers a night shift with a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26. Hourly pay ranges from $34.65 – $35.69.
The nurse supports quality improvement and ensures compliance with privacy and safety regulations.
