Job Description
This ICU position in the Surgical and Neuroscience unit involves caring for critically ill adult patients with complex conditions, including trauma, brain injury, stroke, and sepsis.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing procedures such as arterial lines, ICP monitoring, and ventilator management, and evaluating patient responses.
The role requires a valid NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and a diploma, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Skills needed include strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and knowledge of quality improvement practices.
The position offers a night shift with a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26, and hourly pay of $34.65 – $35.69.
