Job Description

This ICU RN position requires 2+ years of med/surg, progressive care, or ICU experience, working night shifts.

  • Provides specialized care in a 30-bed Surgical and Neuroscience ICU, caring for critically ill adults with neurological or surgical conditions.
  • Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and assessing patient needs.
  • Skills needed include ICP monitoring, ventilator management, blood transfusions, and procedures like arterial line placement.
  • Qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and clinical experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment are essential.
  • Must adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies regarding protected health information.
