This ICU position requires 2+ years of med/surg, progressive care, or ICU experience.

Work in a 30-bed Surgical and Neuroscience ICU with a 50/50 neuro and surgical patient split.

Care for critically ill adults with conditions like trauma, brain injury, stroke, sepsis, and multi-organ failure.

Perform advanced procedures including ICP monitoring, ventilator management, renal therapy, and invasive line placements.

Implement physician orders, administer medications, assess patient needs, and collaborate on care plans.

Qualifications include RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.

This role may involve handling sensitive patient information following privacy regulations.
