Job Description

The clinical Nurse provides compassionate care by actively listening and creating a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
  • Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
  • Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff.
  • Ensures confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information, adhering to privacy regulations.
