Job Description
The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate care environment by demonstrating kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, documenting all as required by regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care provided.
Uses sound nursing judgment for patient care decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Administers over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
This role may require access to sensitive information, with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies.
