Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
Assesses needs and responses to care, applying sound judgment for management decisions.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to create a comprehensive Care Plan.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requirements include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
