Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Med/Surg ICU provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
Assesses and interprets diagnostic tests and responds to patient needs.
Uses sound judgment in care management and provides emergency and routine care.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains nursing standards.
Requires a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or progressive care.
Must demonstrate strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely and adhering to privacy regulations.
