Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by following physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting procedures.
They assess patient conditions through diagnostic tests and evaluate responses to care.
Apply sound nursing judgment in managing patient needs and providing emergency and primary care.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement care plans, guiding ancillary staff.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
