Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, assessing patient needs, and documenting care.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates with the team to develop care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Minimum qualifications: graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), NYS RN license, BLS certification, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Salary ranges from $72,072 to $74,229.26 annually, or $34.65 to $35.69 hourly.
The role involves handling sensitive information responsibly, ensuring privacy and compliance with regulations.
