Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Neurosciences & Epilepsy Monitoring Unit provides comprehensive patient care throughout the episode of care, focusing on progress toward discharge and transitions within the acute stay.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and assessing patient needs.
Collaborates with the team to create and execute care plans, guides ancillary staff, and ensures high standards of nursing care.
Minimum qualifications: RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certification, 1-3 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in Telemetry or ICU.
Requires strong clinical judgment, ongoing education, and adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards.
