Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in Medical/Surgical Pulmonary Renal unit provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound judgment in care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and guide patient care plans.
Requires graduation from a recognized nursing program, current NYS RN license, BLS certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary ranges from $33.00/hr to $63.98/hr.
The role involves handling sensitive information with confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
