Job Description
This RN position in the Medical/Surgical Cardiac Hospitalist department involves assessing, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on progress toward discharge.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing primary and emergency care.
Collaborates with the care team to develop and execute patient care plans, directs ancillary staff, and ensures compassionate, competent care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Maintains compliance with regulations, protects sensitive information, and demonstrates sound nursing judgment.
The role is scheduled for weekend day shifts, with a salary range of $72,072â$74,229.
