Job Description
This night shift Clinical Nurse role in a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit involves assessing, planning, and managing patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness.
Provides direct patient care, administers medications, and performs treatments following physician orders and regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment.
Collaborates with the team to develop and implement care plans, directs ancillary staff, and ensures quality standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, with preferred experience as a PCA or nurse assistant.
Salary ranges from $72,072 to $74,229.26, with an hourly rate of $34.65 to $35.69.
