Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Medical-Surgical unit provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents accordingly.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and responds to care requirements.
Uses sound nursing judgment for patient management and provides primary/emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as prescribed, collaborates with the team to develop the Plan of Care, and guides ancillary staff.
The role operates within a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26 or $34.65 – $35.69 hourly.
The position requires access to sensitive information, adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.
