This Night shift Vascular Surgery RN role involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
Patients are typically 45-65 years old with vascular and surgical needs, including procedures like carotid endarterectomy and aneurysm repairs.
The nurse assesses patient needs, provides primary/emergency care, collaborates on care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Minimum qualifications include RN license in NY, 1-3 years clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary ranges from $72,072.00 to $74,229.26, with a pay rate of $34.65 to $35.69 per hour.
