Job Description

This Night shift Vascular Surgery RN role involves assessing, planning, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on discharge readiness and care transitions.

  • Provides direct patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, procedures, and documenting accordingly.

  • Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment for care decisions.

  • Offers primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the nursing team to develop and execute care plans.

  • Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards while ensuring compassionate, competent care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

  • This role may involve handling sensitive information, requiring strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies. Salary ranges from $72,072 to $74,229.26.
