The Orthopedics & Spine Unit-M2 is seeking a Night Shift Clinical Nurse dedicated to creating a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care according to regulations.
Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment in care management.
Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborate with the team to develop a Plan of Care and guide ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely, adhering to privacy regulations, and ensuring access is limited to necessary information only.
