The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit (Night shift) provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering prescribed medications.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
Salary ranges from $72,072.00 to $74,229.26, with an hourly rate of $34.65 – $35.69.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely, adhering to privacy regulations such as HIPAA.
